A Note From Owner:

Hello Hope and Wellness Center Clients and Community,

After much thought, consideration, consultation, and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to close Hope and Wellness Center group practice and office effective January 31, 2022. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for you (our clients and the community) and all you have contributed to HWC and to my life. Although the HWC doors will be closing, you may reach out if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Hope and Wellness Center group practice and office closed on January 31, 2022. All former clinicians of HWC are still seeing clients in new locations and businesses. Current or past clients may find their clinician on the clinician page.

The business and administrative part of HWC will remain in operation remotely to handle billing, payments of past due invoices, and requests for records (fill out form below).
